How do I create a Profile?
Your profile is made up of a number of different sections. We hope that you will spend a little time and fill in as much as possible. Try to provide an overview of who you are, your lifestyle and what you are looking for in a relationship. Why wait? Create your profile today
How do I update my Profile?
To update your profile, simply go to my profile and pick the area you would like to update. You can see how other people view your profile from this page too.
How can I be more successful in Online Dating?
There is no secret in being successful in your Online Dating - you only need to be yourself. Be active, comment on other members' profiles and send them mails, chat with others and rate profiles. We provide a wide range of features allowing you to have as many contacts as you can handle. Uploading a photo increases your chances of receiving an answer by 30-40 times. If you upload more than one photo you are even more likely to attract somebody's attention.
Why was my Profile blocked?
If you cannot login using your screenname and password, there may be two reasons for it. Perhaps you asked support_dating@easydate.biz to remove it. You can still restore your profile with us within a year of it being hidden. Another reason for blocking are customers' complaints - they may have considered your use of the site as unacceptable or made illegal advertisements. Our Customer Service always checks members' complaints of this kind.If you are certain, however, that none of these explanation is relevant to you then please contact us to find out the reason.
How do I upload my Pictures?
You can easily upload all image formats and converted them into JPG format on 50 dating | Over 50 dating. We check every picture before it is published and will not post pictures of children or pictures of clipart or screensavers.Click here to upload your pictures today!
Can I put up Pictures that only my friends can see?
You can post up to 12 pictures with 50 dating | Over 50 dating. The first one cannot be flagged for friends only, and should be a picture of you.Pictures 2-12 can be flagged for friends only - and you chose who you list as a friend. You need to upload your picture first, then select 'for friends only' so that the words '"for friends only" appear under the heading for that picture.
How do I remove my Pictures?
If for some reason you want to remove your pictures simply replace them in "my picture" in "my account" section.
How do I change my Pictures?
You can change your pictures at any time by simply uploading new ones. At the moment this service is free, but we do process all pictures manually, so please do not treat the site as a free photo-album! If too many members change their pictures as the site grows we may introduce a charge, or allow pictures to be changed once per renewal. Once you have updated new pictures please make sure you clear your computer's cache. Otherwise, you may find that your old photographs are displayed...even though the rest of the members are seeing the new pictures you have loaded. This can be done in Internet Explorer from Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Temporary Files. It normally takes about a day to process your pictures. We will mail you to let you know that we have received them and then again once they are loaded.
What if I do not have a digital image?
Not everyone has a scanner or digital camera, so if this is you, and you do not have a digital image, you can post us a picture. We will scan it in and upload it for you. Send your pictures to:

Make sure you put your screenname on the back and if you send more than one, add which position you want to show them in (ie:1 - 12). If you want them back, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
Why was my Picture(s) denied?
Profiles with a photo get much more attention than incomplete profiles, so it's important to know the reasons why it can be denied. First of all, we don't accept clipart, graphics, drawings and landscape photos as a profile photo. Children's photos are unacceptable as well as photos of animals and acts of violence.One of the most frequent situation is uploading a female photo for a male profile and vice versa. If you indicated the wrong gender during the registration process, please don't try to upload a photo as it will be declined anyway. All you need to do is re-register indicating the correct gender.
How long does it take to have my Profile/Picture(s) approved?
Usually 15-20 minutes is enough to approve your photo. Our Approval team works 24 hours a day to ensure that you don't need to wait and lose the potential contacts because of the lack of a profile photo.
Does your account have the wrong Sex status?
Members are not allowed to change sex status by themselves. If you have a compelling reason to change your sex status (like you made a mistake when registering), please contact us.
How can I update my Location?
To update your location:
1. Click on the "My Account" link in menu.
2. Click on the "General Details" link in Profile block.
3. Enter your new location and press on the "update" button.
